Today has been a very emotional day. I was reminded that we all need to enjoy and cherish every single moment spent with the people that are dear to us.
Life is full of unexpected twists so we need to create a reservoir of positive memories in order to face the tougher times.
It’s very hard to find the right words to say to a friend who has just lost a dear one. I feel so much empathy that I am completely overwhelmed. But however awkward it is essential to show support.
