Ever wanted to learn where to find which note on your ukulele fingerboard ?
Herman Vandecauter from Belgium has made a video explaining where to find the different notes, associating them to numbers so as to make them easy to remember.
On the video, the first three numbers indicate on which fret you find the note on the third, second and first string. On the fourth string the note is two frets higher and associated with the number within brackets.
For example the note C/do = 0 8 3 (5) can be found :
– on the 3rd string open : 0
– on the second string 8th fret : 8
– on the first string third fret : 3
– on the 4th string fifth fret (5).
